The eyelids fall gently,

Soy Eva Massana y mi nombre espiritual es Sat Jagat Kaur que significa Verdad Universal. Sana y Verdad son dos palabras que me acompañan en mis nombres como mantras, recodandome en cada momento mi Dharma, dando luz a mi camino de vida. Desde hace más de 10 años comienzó mi transformación de gusano a mariposa, tanto como Ser Humano y como Mujer, y todo este proceso de re-descubrimiento lo he acompañado dando rienda suelta a uno de mis dones que es enseñar. Todo lo que voy integrando en mi vida que me ayuda a ser más feliz, sana y espiritual lo transmito en las clases, cursos, consultas, retiros... Titulada en Yoga Kundalini por la KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) Especializada en Yoga para la Mujer en el Joti Sarobar por la Fundación Mujer de Luz Especializada en Yoga para la Maternidad en The Mother´s Journey Educadora Perinatal por Previda Especializada en Yoga para el Pecho Sano en Healthy Breast por la Fundación Mammalive Naturópata Higienista por el Instituto Holístico de Higiene Vital Masajista Shiatsu por la Escuela Europea de Shiatsu (en formación) Licenciada en Ciencias de la Tierra (Geología) por la Universidad de Salamanca Co-creadora del proyecto Mujeres Corazón (Yoga & Alimentación & Fiestas Sanas) Agricultora ecológica y permacultora por el Instituto de Permacultura Montsant. Acompaño procesos de sanación a través de la herramienta de la Alimentación Higienista, el Yoga Kundalini y Masaje Shiatsu Vivo en Almazcara, de este pueblo me gusta que tiene nombre andaluz tierra que amo por su alegria, frutos y clima, y porque aquí mi abuela, mi abuelo, mi madre y sus hermanos vivieron tiempos difíciles pero felices como campesinos muy cercanos a la tierra. Este pueblo se encuentra entre Ponferrada y Bembibre (León), los dos lugares donde imparto clases. Me nutro viajando por el mundo y abriendome a conocer y aprender de los diferentes maestros y maestras que me voy encontrando por el camino. También en mis viajes transmito las enseñanzas de mi experiencia de vida, impartiendo talleres y cursos por todo el mundo. Y siempre re-evaluandome y constante en mi encuentro diario conmigo misma, con mi más importante guía, el Kundalini Yoga, para no perderme y poder ser fuente de luz para otras y otros, conectada y pura con la vida
