If you have little time like me even 15mins in nature makes a massive difference and thanking nature for the energy is a balanced exchange.

This is not only a message of consideration to others ...but also some people don't relax unless they talk and express themselves. our bodies hold onto emotions memories and stress...many times body work allows these emotions to come out....so if you feel the need to talk and express yourself during treatment this is ok too...everyone relaxes differently
