I intend that my chocolate bars and my cacao bring joy, love and inspiration to you! I can boost that intention by placing this prayer under the mat where we work. Under the place the packaging is prepared and also under the place we wrap the bars. Infusing this heart centered Choco-Magick with even more good vibes! The basis of this idea was inspired by 🤍🤍🤍

Let’s get a bit nerdy!! As well as being spicy & delicious this bar has the added benefits of Ashwagandha powder inside 💥
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is an adaptogenic herb traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine. It helps modulate the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis and regulate cortisol levels, thereby supporting the body’s resilience to physical and emotional stress. Rich in withanolides ashwagandha has been shown to enhance cognitive function, improve sleep quality, and support endocrine and immune system balance.

I began this journey in 2013 making energy balls on the infamous Bãrao flea market! Mama cacao pulled me in and held me close. We’ve been a love team ever since. I have many people to thank for supporting me on this mission, my choco-sistar who was steps ahead and offered countless advice and support ~ the beautiful designs by initially and powered into what we have now by . who is a constant wow factor in my world and inspired me to add the I AM statements.
