Just when you think you know wine, you’re hit with a grape you’ve never heard of 🍷

And honestly, we love that.

Watching everyone completely immersed in Sofia’s wine tastings, learning, tasting, asking questions, and falling even further in love with Portuguese wine is always such a special part of our retreats.

There’s now just one space remaining for Algarve Harmony this July…

A few days immersed in nature at Moodz, with Pilates, yin yoga, beautiful food, wine tastings and time to properly switch off and reconnect.

6–9 July.

We’ve loved creating this retreat and can’t wait to share these few days with a lovely group. If you feel drawn to it, we’d love to hear from you.

For us, Wellness Waves and Wine has always been about more than what happens in our Pilates and yin yoga classes. It’s vineyard walks, long lunches, shared meals and easy conversations unfolding over a glass of Portuguese wine.

So many meaningful moments happen in those “in between” spaces 🙂

Movement is at the heart of every retreat we host, with Pilates woven through it all. For us, it’s never just about exercise. It’s about building strength and confidence, developing awareness and control, and offering practices that support you well beyond the mat.

One of the joys for us is seeing our guests take some of that home with them, carrying it into everyday life long after the retreat ends.

One of our favourite things about every retreat is how quickly everyone begins to feel at ease.

A few Pilates classes, a moment in Yin Yoga when the whole room settles into the same quiet understanding, a glass of wine before dinner and good conversation.

By the end of the first day, it already feels as though you have known each other for much longer.
