A new venue , the same intention behind everything we do - creating space to slow down, move gently, reconnect and enjoy really good wine in good company.

End of year energy often looks different…and that’s allowed.
Less structure, more softness, maybe a bit of overindulgence too 🍷😉
Movement doesn’t need to be intense to be meaningful, sometimes gentle is plenty.

As the year gently winds down, we’re all being invited to slow the pace a little. Whether this season means celebration, rest, reflection or simply getting through busy days, we hope you can find a quiet moment just for you. Yin yoga reminds us that stillness is not something we earn, it’s something we allow.

We’re very much holding that intention as we look ahead to our February retreat in the Algarve. If you’re craving space to breathe, soften and reset, we’d love to welcome you 🤍
