Days now start with e-bike rides through the vineyards, fitness in the forest, afternoons on the river and games of padel before sunset.
This is the time of year when everything moves outside again.

A série inicia-se no dia 19 de maio, com a presença do Chef italiano , do restaurante , distinguido com uma Estrela Michelin, que se junta ao Chef residente José Maria Gomes para um jantar marcado pelos sabores autênticos, pela proximidade aos produtores locais e pela paixão por uma cozinha honesta.⁠

A day well spent with some very special friends.

Our hosts visited , the Donkey Sanctuary we support through our Sustainability Fund, and got to experience up close the work being done to protect the Miranda donkey.

An endangered species, deeply connected to the region and an essential part of the local ecosystem.

Small gestures, real impact and a connection that goes beyond the hotel. 🌿
