About Deanna Romano
Hi there! I’m Deanna, an Australian yoga teacher and writer living in Lisbon. I'm trained in Hatha, Ashtanga and Embodied Flow. So that means I find alignment & tradition important, but I don't believe yoga should be too regimented – it should be practiced in a way that complements YOUR individual body and be a space for you to go inwards. I’m particularly passionate about using yoga and meditation to reduce anxiety, stress and digital overwhelm (issues close to my own heart!) – so I like to use a variety of tools to help my students unwind, including pranayama, meditation techniques, asana, music and candles! Never any pressure or judgements – just be you! :-)
