Meet Our Yogis ✨
This is Jacques — one of the many beautiful souls who make our studio what it is.

Over the next weeks and months, we’ll be introducing you to more of our yogis, sharing their stories and experiences, so keep an eye on this space.

Because a studio is never just the walls or the schedule — it’s the people inside it: the teachers, the staff, the cleaners, and every yogi who walks through the door. They are the heart of this place, and we couldn’t be happier or more grateful for the energy they bring. 💛

Our monthly community event at 10€.

In the future you can expect, Kirtan sessions, cacao ceremonies, ecstatic dance, partner yoga.
🎫The entrance fee is only €10 .

On the 25th January Beth will guide you through a cacao ceremony that includes, meditation and a sound bath 💆🏽‍♀️

BABY & ME Come to our Pre & Post Natal class 🤰🏽

This workshop is designed especially for expecting and new moms. Pauline Bellocq invites you to move, breathe and connect in community.
Enjoy this class pregnancy- and postpartum- friendly yoga flow with clear guidance on how to adapt to each pose.

After the class there is a 30min community catch up, which is a lovely way to connect over a warm cup of tea with new and expecting mums after the class 🍵
