The traditional Abhyanga is a whole body massage, involving the back, arms, hands, neck, head, legs and feet. High quality organic oils are heated to a comfortable temperature and applied to the skin in an elaborate sequence of movements. Before the treatment, the constitution of the individual will be identified („dosha“ or energy type) in order to specify the needs and wishes of the person. Benefits:

She has studied Ayurvedic nutrition, lifestyle and philosophy with Josef Rubin (USA) and has completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training with a focus on Ayurveda with Julie Blumenthal / ISHTA Berlin (Yoga Alliance registered). Ayurvedic reflexology combines traditional Indian foot massage (‘Padabhyanga’) with modern reflexology. It includes a warm foot bath with essential oils, a foot massage, classic reflexology, Kansu Vataki Massage (with a 3-metal bowl and triphala ghee or sesame oil) and a Marma massage on the feet.
