Hello!

I"m Noam, Yoga teacher / entrepreneur / music, people and culture fan. Welcome to my page.

Situated in Lisbon, I"m teaching weekly meditation sessions (Tuesdays & Thursdays evenings) and classical Hatha Yoga. Soon to open "Office Yoga Portugal" - teaching at your favorite Co-working spaces, corporate offices, and city halls.

I"ve entered the "mind-body" world in 2013, where I completed a 500 Yoga ttc in Tel aviv, started teaching Hatha Yoga in that studio for several years, as well as learning Chi gong and eastern philosophies. Since 2017 (until recently) I"ve been learning Raja Yoga, mindfulness and also opened my current business: Office Yoga Israel - which brings the mind-body world to companies & organizations.
