Did you know...Treatment for lower back pain depends a lot on the source and distribution of the pain?

1. If pain is centered low in the spine / sacrum

Possible causes: sacroiliac joint dysfunction, arthritis, sacral stress, muscle strain, ligament injury, or sometimes tailbone/coccyx involvement.

Typical pain pattern: localized, often dull or aching, worse when standing or sitting long.

2. If pain is radiating around the hip bones / buttock

Possible causes: lumbar disc problem, sciatica, piriformis syndrome, hip joint pathology, or referred pain from the sacroiliac joint.

Typical pain pattern: pain may spread to the side of the hips, sometimes down thighs; can feel like nerve irritation.

Have you ever noticed them, when visiting The Cat? These lovely & unique puppet cats are with us from the beginning of our project!

Yesterday, Joana had a treatment with us. She arrived, stepped in and said " You have the cats of my mom!!"

I couldn't believe what I was hearing, nor was Joana what she was seeing!

A m a z i n g ! After six years I met the artist that did this beautiful puppet, through her daughter! How magical life can be 🥰❤️
