Not ONE, but TWO Cool Carnival Camps of Yoga, Cooking and Arts & Crafts! YAY!
When: 12th-14th February
Time and place:
10:30-13:30 at The Yoga Hostel, Graça
15:30-18:30 at Saúde in The City, Aguas Livres
Contribution: from 50€ per session ages 5-12 (discounts for multiple sessions and siblings available)

Our Kids Camp .studio is off to a splendid start! We're moving, we're mixing and mashing and we're creating!

I have a SUPER SPECIAL treat for you on Friday! For all of you attending, we'll be having Full Family Yoga Fun Time at the end of the day, at 16h-17h, to finish the week Yoga Party style. You can bring the whole family! YAY!

Hey Friends! 💛

SUMMER CAMP IS HERE! YAY!

Two weeks of activities designed for the younger yogi, the culinary champ and the awesome artist! All the while they practice their eloquent English! Double YAY!

🤸 Kids Yoga Time:
The morning starts as the belly rises and then falls.
One breath it takes to wake and shape us into mindful control.

🥑 Cooking Activities:
We get to mix and mash, to chop and cream
To pinch some salt and turn into the chefs of our dreams!

🎨 Arts & Crafts:
We get to draw and cut wearing our innovator's hat.
To fold and mould like Alchemists with sparkly gold.

📆 When: 17th - 21st and 24th - 28th July

Join Martina (me) for yoga on Saturday mornings (the first three of each month only) in front of the spectacular vista of the Atlantic Ocean.

Welcome the sounds of nature to your practice, as you move, breathe and relax with intention. Create this calming morning ritual for yourself and grow in community with likeminded people as you can visit the next door cafe for refreshments after your practice to mingle, connect and nourish yourself. (Visiting the cafe is optional.)

Note: In case of rain the class will be cancelled. Make sure you sign up to receive a notification. Link in BIO.

Close off time for bookings is 1hour before the class starts!
