When parents are doing yoga, your children are absorbing the movement from you, for toddlers and preschoolers age they tend to receive the message from inside out, they might start the action late that is because they are processing the message, and as a parent, our job is to wait let them surprise us!
In YJ yoga class, we want your little one to have fun but we want parents to know that parents are as important as their child ♥️ in our yoga space we share the moment, the happiness and the joys.
