Let’s speak about why breathwork is not for everyone.🙃

Some may ask:

- So, if it’s free, AND it allows self-healing processes of your physical and mental body— then why would not everyone do it?!

Well, not everyone wants to positive change. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Aside from the fact there are health contradictions for some of the intense breathwork practices, Breathwork is available for everyone and for free.

Your breath is actually your medicine. 🤗

And if it’s not— it can be. If you understand how to breathe to self-regulate, self-heal and observe it.

Your breath is literally the only thing that is essential for a you to survive on the planet— don’t you think it’s worth leveraging that tool? 🙉

As time passes, things change. Some see this as aging, others - maturing, some - growing. Which one is you?

Personally, I go through life collecting keys, unlocking levels. 🗝️ Every year, becoming more, never less.

As my growing up wasn’t so peaceful, each year, life comes more towards effortless ease and further from worry. I walk towards unshakeable peace, by embodying love and deepening acceptance. That is only possible thanks to the tools I consciously developed and teachings I have received.

Getting quiet and relaxed is what allows us to get connected. As we connect to our internal flow of energy, we tune in and become able to direct our energy. ✨

By getting quiet and relaxed, we invite the whispers of the internal voice. If the monkey mind reveals itself in these moments, just oberve your thoughts and let go. This is okay. 🤏

You are not your thoughts. You are experiencing them at the level you choose to. 🙌

You can choose to allow thoughts into your mind, change them or refuse them. They might not serve you at the moment. Each way, it is okay, as long as you remember that your awareness is at the door of this happening. It is selectively electing each thought to the realm of your consciousness. .🌀

Reflect, which thoughts do you choose to allow into your mind, and which do you let go of today? 🤍

I was constantly looking for a deeper connection, 👀 a sense of purpose that transcended the everyday routine. 👁 I embarked on a spiritual journey five years ago, driven by curiosity and the desire to align with my higher self. 🌀

I realised the duality that resides within all of us—the interplay of light and shadow. ☀🌑

I understood that true alignment required embracing both, accepting and integrating them with love and compassion. 🧘‍♀️

When we calm the mind, we create a silent space in our hearts, where we begin to listen to the whispers of our intuition. 🌀 Once we open this portal, the guidance of the inner voice becames every time clearer, leading us towards choices and actions that feel true and authentic. I noticed a profound resonance within me, a deep connection between my thoughts, emotions, and actions. And from there there is no turning back... 🌹

This alignment lead me to experience a sense of peace and purpose - an internal drive to devote myself to Love & Light. Extended cosniousness allowed me to navigate life's challenges with grace, resilience, and faith. It taught me to embrace both my strengths and vulnerabilities, by once strenghtening and the other times softening 🙏

I became a conscious creator of my reality, manifesting my deepest desires and co-creating a world that reflected my truest essence. 🤍✨
