Nàátí, meaning "calm waves" in the Ilocano dialect of the Philippines, is what I use to describe how we should respect our Body, Mind and Spirit....like the gentle waves and serenity of the sea. Walk with me in my journey on Wellness, Movement, Balance and the GYROTONIC® way to energize our Spine. Together we will discover the depths of our bodies with a gentle approach to fitness -- quite the opposite of high impact work outs. We will learn how to:

using the GYROTONIC® Expansion System. I am Lorelei, a dance artist and a Certified GYROTONIC® Trainer-- certified in Miami; trained in Cambridge, Massachusetts. My passion in dance, movement and well-being drew me to GYROTONIC®, a unique form of fitness training that uses natural circular fluid movements and breathing techniques to energize the spine, joints, muscles and nervous system.
