Yoga Instructor & BioEngineer with scientific approach to a yoga practice adapted to one's urban daily life, work/study/family centred and its needs. Private classes are available, adapted to each individual. Please send a private message to the page. The classes are adapted to the capacities and/or limitations of the students. They include the practice of ASANAS, which are the poses, PRANAYAMA, the breathing exercises, YOGANIDRA, the relaxation exercise, and MEDITATION. The language used during the class depends on the students present and may switch between ENGLISH, SPANISH and PORTUGUESE.

This time of year asks a lot of us.
More deadlines. More expectations. More performance.
Less space to listen.

As the year closes, the nervous system is often stretched thin, caught between finishing, proving, and holding it all together.

The winter solstice has always marked a different rhythm. A pause to turn inward, a moment to let the body recalibrate before moving forward once more.

Science shows that nature-based practices regulate the nervous system, lowering stress hormones and activating the parasympathetic response - the state where clarity, intuition, and inner listening become accessible again.

The power of such practices is also elevated when in community.

When the nervous system settles, the mental noise softens.
And beneath it, something quieter can be heard: your inner voice.

This guided nature walk is a way to mark the SOLSTICE, the shortest day of the year and coming of light differently.
through movement, breath, grounding, and shared presence.
Not to perform.
Not to push.
But to reset the system and reconnect to what feels true.
