LA MAGIE DU 29 FÉVRIER, UN TEMPS SUSPENDU ✨ UN PARTAGE À CŒUR OUVERT ❤️

Il y a quelque chose de magique avec ce 29 février vous ne trouvez pas? J’ai toujours l’impression de vivre une journée « bonus » , un instant particulier . Pas vous?

J’aime ce sentiment de journée suspendue. On ne sait pas bien si elle existe vraiment . On n’est plus vraiment en Février et pas encore au mois de Mars. Mais on est là , bien vivant, à la fois présent à soi (parfois même plus que d’habitude 🤔) et comme en suspension dans le temps.

Mais si je pousse plus loin la description de mon ressenti , je dirais que j’ai l’impression de toucher du doigt le concept abstrait de l’espace-temps quantique. Je suis là mais en dehors de l’espace temps tel qu’il nous est connu. Je ressens , pressens dans mes cellules quelque chose de plus grand.
Le monde scientifique s’accorde sur le fait que l’univers tel que nous le connaissons aujourd’hui est constitué de cellules et d’atomes, eux même constitués à 99,99% de « vide » . Pour ma part comme pour beaucoup de thérapeutes , je préfère nommer ces 99,99% d’inconnu «Énergie».
Et bien aujourd’hui 29 février, c’est un peu comme si j’arrivais à apercevoir cet univers des possibles à travers une fenêtre certes encore très opaque mais de moins en moins. Le 29 Février pour moi c’est un peu un accélérateur de particules, une ouverture vers l’invisible . Et comme c’est une fois tous les 4 ans , c’est aussi un moment privilégié pour me rendre compte du chemin parcouru. ❤️🙌

Voilà le partage à cœur ouvert d’un ressenti profond et intime qui m’a interpellé aujourd’hui. Merci à mes guides, thérapeutes et professeurs qui m’aident sur mon chemin à accéder de plus en plus et de mieux en mieux à ce champ merveilleux de l’invisible ❤️

No shortcuts ! No gimmicks !
Petit “coup de gueule” 😉

What is a ćakra? Where are they located? Can we feel them? Which ćakra do I need to work on? How does the energy flow in my body? How can it be blocked?

The ćakra-s system explains the way the energy is flowing. It is a fascinating, powerful ancient & complex system. It is also often galvanised.
In my next Yoga & meditation retreats (in December 2022 and March 2023) we will dive into this fascinating topic!

And I WANT TO BE CLEAR. There will be NO SHORTCUTS and no gimmicks. I’ll be trying to have an approach away from all the galvanised info you can find on the internet. I was lucky to be trained on this topic by very knowledgeable teachers, direct students of Sir Desikachar (T. Krishnamacharya's son). In my training and workshops, I strive to be as precise and "true to the sources" in the transmission of such precious knowledge.
I see / read so many things from "unreliable sources" when googling "ćakras" that I wanted to make that point very loud and clear.

HAPPY DIWALI ✨

It’s my favorite Indian tradition.
I love Diwali!
I have joyful memories of this festival from the years I’ve spent in Asia. I remember throwing papers with intentions Into a big fire with the kids & friends .

This is one of the most popular festival of Hinduism which celebrates the light (Jyoti) and the spiritual victory of light over darkness 🔥🔥🔥
To me this resonates also into the idea of moving on and letting go of things we don’t need anymore .

Last week-end YOGA THERAPY & AYURVEDA URBAN RETREAT in Lisbon has been so much fun.

I’d like to thank Ayalla Queiroz (a casa Ayurveda) for sharing her knowledge of the Ayurvedic Spices during a hands on workshop 👍.
We learnt about their benefits for our health, the ways to use them in food, oils, mask and more, to help with many issues such as digestive problems, muscles pain, menstrual cramps, inflammation disease , nausea, acne and many more.
We discovered how to create our own anti-inflammatory pills.

Very insightful, practical knowledge, realistic also as it’s easy to implement in our daily life without being Ayurvedic chefs!

Thank you also to Josephine Cantona for your delicious & healthy curry recipe 😋. I can’t get enough of it 😍.

Even though we know that human beings are complex, we know we are dealing with problems or imbalances in a unidimensional way.

Modern society is used to address symptoms rather than looking for the cause and uses one-pointed remedies to tackle them.

E.g. When we have a headache we take paracetamol (no matter which headache or which cause) . If we have emotional problems we seek the advice of a therapist and hope for a single solution. When we feel tired we might go for a coffee or other stimulants to feel more awake, most often ignoring our fatigue.
As we go, we might have gathered an accumulation of symptoms- and an accumulation of single pointed remedies.

But in the old VEDIC TRADITION, the complexity of the human structure was taken into account and therefore the way in which problems were addressed was quite different.

A HUMAN BEING was seen as a HOLISTIC ENTITY with different layers that continuously interact and influence each others. The Taittiriya Upanisat speaks of five such layers:

✨Annamaya, our material structure that is nourished by food
✨Pranamaya, our energetical structure, vitality and life force
✨Manomaya, our mind structure, influenced by the things we have learnt,
✨Vijnanamaya, the structure of our personality
✨Anandamaya, the place of our most fundamental feelings & emotions.

The healthier we are on all the layers of our existence, the more freely we can walk on our own path and FULFIL OUR OWN POTENTIAL.

Stage bilingue 🇫🇷 et 🇬🇧.

* 3 masterclasses (90 minutes) inspirantes et créatives axées sur le yoga des éléments

* 1 atelier de Yoga Thérapie (4h): l'ayurveda et le Yoga dans sa forme thérapeutique. Découvrir comment il est possible d'équilibrer les différentes constitutions, la sienne et celles de nos proches par ces 2 méthodes naturelles et complémentaires, pour apprendre à mieux vivre au quotidien et se maintenir en bonne santé.

* 1 atelier de cuisine Ayurvédique (4h) pour apprendre les bienfaits et savoir utiliser (pour des boissons, plats et aussi pour des produits cosmétiques!) les 10 épices Ayurvédiques essentielles:

Un moment suspendu.
Profondément heureuse de cette semaine de formation avec mes mentors. C’est tellement important pour nous , professeurs, de pouvoir continuer à se nourrir, se former.
Le respect de la lignée eat au cœur de notre tradition, celle de . Chaque professeur a un mentor un guide qui l’aide à évoluer sur un chemin vertueux et à continuer de grandir, d’évoluer, qui lui permet aussi de se remettre en question . C’est une grande force.
Je témoignage donc ici mon grand respect et mon amitié envers mes mentors Eka Yoga Institute] et Anne Poirier] . Merci pour votre transmission et vos précieux enseignements 💕.

Feeling deeply Profoundly happy after this week of training with my mentors.
It is so important for us, teachers, to be able to continue to feed ourselves, to train.
