Yoga That Connects!
Hi, I'm Richard, welcome to yoga that connects! Connection all the way through from the core of your Soul to the people and nature around you! When I started my yoga business in London I always felt there was a glaring omission in the holistic picture of ‘unity’ which is the essence of yoga. What was missing? Basically, people!
Wow, did I get tired of attending classes where no one interacted, leaving the class with barely a glance! Where was the community, and sharing the harmony that yoga creates?
And so it started! Using my deeply heartfelt teaching of Dru Yoga as the core practice, first I grew London’s biggest weekly class and social, followed by Singles and Couples events, even Yoga ‘Raves!’
I intertwined this with my more serious and similarly unique work on meditation, the body-mind connection and what I call ‘Yoga for The Soul’. And now I’m here, in Lisbon, and once more feeling the creative Love! Come!
