I’ve helped women in over ten countries overcome their fears and gain confidence by offering transformational dance classes, workshops, and customized mentoring programs. Here is what I wrote down today. 📝

a quiet moment. bare face, messy hair, open heart.
somewhere between the dance
and the silence, i stopped trying to be more and started allowing myself to just be.
i used to search for validation in all the wrong places,  in mirrors, in expectations, in doing. but it was always here. in the calm. in the way my eyes soften when i feel safe. in the smile that doesn’t ask
for permission.
this retreat reminded me: i don’t need to prove anything. the real me, soft, raw, present,  is already whole.
and that’s when i finally came home to myself 💙

📸 “How Photography Helped Me Love Myself — And Why Every Woman Should Try It”

I used to hide from the camera.
I didn’t like my smile.
I didn’t feel beautiful.
I didn’t feel enough.

Even when I felt confident in some areas of life,
seeing myself in photos would bring back
that little voice of judgment and self-doubt.

But then something changed…

In 2022, I did a self-love photoshoot with
And for the first time,
I looked at myself through the lens of kindness 🥹

🖤I saw softness, strength, depth, joy.
I saw me.
And I liked her 🥹

🌸Now I believe every woman deserves to feel this way.
To see themselves in their full light.
To feel seen, celebrated, and beautiful — just as they are.

👉This is why we include photography in our .love.retreats 🧡
✨Not to perform, but to reclaim the way we see ourselves.
Inside and out.

🥹We did it. My first HYROX. With my best friend.✨

I was nervous. I wasn’t sure I could do it.
 Only one month of training on my own… and not even two weeks together.

Tina signed us up by sending me a reel full of hot men (😂 true story), and I said YES—without even knowing I’d have to push 75kg of weight 😱

But she believed in me. Trained with me. Pushed me through every rep, every run, every wall ball. 🫶🏽

This is what real sisterhood looks like. No comparison. Just growth, side by side.

It was never about the finish line. It’s about showing up—for yourself, and for each other.

Here’s what I’m taking away from this experience: ✅ Movement is medicine ✅ Confidence is built through action ✅ Female connection lifts, never dims ✅ There’s always space for joy, strength, and a silly 🐥🍌 dance—even on race day

🧡 To every woman who’s ever doubted herself — keep showing up for you. Find the people who remind you that you are already enough, but also lovingly challenge you to grow into even more🚀

P.S. Tina, chica, I could never have done this without you. You’re my inspiration, my rock, and my most strict personal trainer (haha) …And now you’ve got me already thinking: when’s the next one? 😉
