Important Check-In Information

To access the lectures, you will need to download the “AIMS Meeting 2025” app and log in with the details that will be sent to your registration email. The QR Code for accessing the lectures will be available in the app. The wristband will not grant entry to the sessions.

To collect your participant kit and wristband, which will provide access to coffee breaks and/or lunch, please go to the entrance of the Aula Magna. Collection will be available from Tuesday, 25th March, starting at 9:00 AM.

Important: Collection will not be possible during the lectures.

For those with a Full Ticket (which includes lunch), we kindly ask that you collect your wristband and participant kit before the opening ceremony as the lunch break will only last 1h30.
