Baby making time!

Acupuncture is a great way to enhance your IVF procedure. You can do it both before and after- not only is it relaxing (which is so useful given patients are understandably nervous on the day of IVF), it also improves hormones and circulation to the uterus.

Ask your IVF clinic if your acupuncturist can work on site. Some studies show acupuncture increases results by up to 50%!

Everybody wants quick and easy brain hacks for feeling better. Boosting your endorphins is a great way to do that because they relieve pain, reduce stress and create a sense of well-being.
