JALANDHARA BANDHA | Throat Lock

UDDIYANA BANDHA | Upward Flying Lock
A light lift of the lower abdomen inward and upward.
This bandha awakens the core, bringing lightness, control, and fluidity to the body and breath.
MULA BANDHA | Root Lock
The foundation. A gentle activation of the pelvic floor that lifts energy upward. It creates grounding, stability, and inner support in every movement.
