Welcome to my page.
Are you going through a hard time in your life or you just want to understand yourself better? I'm here to accompany you.

I work with people who:
- experience low mood, discouragement, lack of meaning,
- feel stuck in their lives and would like to move on,
- live abroad and face challenges related to emigration,
- experience anxiety, worry too much,
- experience grief, crisis,
- struggle with feelings they don't understand.

I am a psychologist and psychotherapist. I graduated from the 4-year psychotherapy course at the INTRA Psychological Assistance and Education Center (recommended by the Polish Psychological Association). I subject my work to regular supervision.
I gained my experience during numerous internships and work in a hospital psychiatric unit.

For me, psychotherapy means accompanying the patient with full acceptance and looking at what is important to them. Along the way, we are getting closer to emotions and learning the information they carry. I attach great importance to creating a safe therapeutic relationship in which the patient can get to know themselves.
