Bring a partner or a friend, a family member, or simply someone you feel comfortable with — no need to be a couple. Just come with a partner who’s open to moving, breathing, and maybe laughing with you along the way 💛
Through partnered poses, gentle stretches, and shared breathwork, you’ll explore new ways to support each other, build strength, and increase flexibility — together. Expect an uplifting space where mindfulness meets play, and where connection is just as important as the poses.
