It’s not your fault if your body feels out of balance.

Most women were never taught how stress,
nervous system dysregulation,
and daily rhythms impact their hormones.

Most women were not even taught that one menstrual cycle is made of 4 phases, 4 to 7 days window of fertility and with hormonal changes that triggers body temperature rise, mucus fluid evolution, libido swings, uterus posture moving…

I was ignorant for 10 years of my menstruating life.
I wish I knew earlier that my body wasn't working against me.
But simply responding to it’s environment.

That the pain, symptoms, strong irritability, wasn’t because I was unstable.
But because I was denying the depth of my true nature.
Not as a rejection. But as a miseducation.

Incredible things have shifted since I started to learn about my cycle 5 years ago. .
The pain is soothing. The guilt is soothing.
The relation to other women became way more empathic.
My love relationship went to the next level of understanding and respect.
The relation to myself became way more loving, accepting and honoring.

You are not alone and you don’t have to carry all the responsibility.
We all at one point, share a similar journey.

One powerful part of this workshop is also to be there weaved in a circle of women who share similar stories and yearnings to learn, decondition, grow, together on this path of deep transformation.

It is not too late to join us.
You can's make it ? The replay will be available for 72hrs after the workshop.

I can't wait 🤗
With love,
Elina

Cyclical Living for hormonal balance it’s about how you live, move, eat, digest, rest and relate to your body.

In the workshop, I’ll share 3 essential foundations for balance :

🌙 Remembering
Understanding your cyclical nature and how your body actually works from a scientific / physiologic perspective. How do your hormones that fluctuate each month are impacting your entire self and way to be in the world ?

🌿 Regulating
Your nervous system is deeply interconnected to your menstrual cycle health and I’ll explain to you why. Your body is an incredibly sensitive & intelligent eco-system that is constantly seeking for balance. If one system is off balance, it will impact the other systems (hormonal, digestive, lymphatic..) and create, in the long term, symptoms, disease and chronic pain.

🌾 Nourishing
There is no change without commitment and adjustment of your lifestyle. We will see how to implement concrete daily habits & rhythms that support your hormones naturally.

I want this workshop to be accessible, grounded, and empowering.
At the end of the workshop, I will be sharing with you a very exciting news with a special gift to the ones live.

Will you be joining us ? ❤️

What changes when you start living in alignment with your cycle ?

Well, many things.

You begin to understand your energy flow and stop resisting it
Your emotions start to make sense instead of feeling overwhelming
You feel more grounded, more at home in your body since you learn how it works and what it needs.

You develop more self-love and self-acceptance for all the parts of yourself.
You set clearer boundaries and prioritise rest
You chose to feed yourself (food, screens, social media, relations…) from a more conscious posture and feel empowered.

You honor the phases of expansion & contraction and surrender to the 4 phases of your cycle that have all unique needs and gifts.
You shift from victimhood to sovereignty.
You rewire your nervous system to a cyclical way of living, in alignment with your true nature as a being of Earth.

You suffer less from hormonal unbalances symptoms
You stop forcing and start listening.

You were conditioned to constantly do.
Here you give yourself the permission to be.

Each cycle is a new opportunity to learn and grow, it is not a linear path, there is no goal to reach. It is a path to walk that I am inviting you to start walking together this Sunday during the workshop.

You were taught to push.
To stay productive.
To ignore your cyclical rhythm as a woman.

But your body is yearning for something different. Exhausted to try to fit in a masculine society model that is disconnected from your feminine sensitivity.

If you feel it - you are invited to join us this Sunday 29th at 6pm for the _Art of Cyclical Living_ free online workshop.

🌿 No one ever really taught us how to live in alignment with our cycle.

Most of us learned to just keep going…
to stay productive…
to override what our body is asking for.
And over time, we become exhausted, disconnected.

From our cyclical rhythm.
From our cyclical needs.
From our cyclical print as women.

But your cycle isn’t something to fight against.
It’s something you can learn to live in harmony with.
Something you can listen to, as a compass for life.

I went through my own journey of feeling disconnected from my body until I started to understand how to support it in more natural,
embodied & holistic ways.
And everything began to shift.

That’s why I’m offering a free live workshop.
A space to deepen your understanding of your feminine body, ground in your body and reconnect with your cyclical rhythm.

I’ll share:
– the three foundations of cyclical living
– how to support your body with daily habits
– and guide you through an embodiment practice you can integrate
into your daily life

I studied the topic of menstrual cycle & cyclical living for 4 years.
At the beginning, it was for personal purposes until I felt the strong call to share the incredible intelligence of our feminine body to women.

The way it has supported me, strongly shape the woman I am today.

If you feel called to initiate or deepen your relation with you feminine body & menstrual cycle.

💌You’re warmly invited to join us live on Sunday 29th of March 6-7:30pm CET.

Hormonal fluctuations are not the problem.
They are part of a living, intelligent system.

Whether you are trying to conceive or not,
your cycle asks for support, attention and respect
to function in harmony.

Looking after your hormonal health
is not just about your hormones.

It is about your whole ecosystem.

Your energy.
Your emotions.
Your nervous system.
Your rhythm.

The menstrual cycle is now considered the 6th vital sign of health
alongside body temperature, heart rate or blood pressure.

Which means:
it is not secondary.
It is foundational.

And when balance is disrupted,
the body speaks.

Through symptoms that can be uncomfortable :
PMS
Bloating
Cramps
Irregular or missing bleed
Mood swings
Cysts
(...)

Not as problems to silence.
But as signals to listen to.

Your body is not failing you.
It is communicating.

The question is no longer:
“How do I make it stop?”

But:

“What is my body asking for?”

On Sunday, I’m opening a space to learn about the 3 pillars that support hormonal balance and feminine vitality. Stay over here 😘

Hasta Luego Mexico 🙋🏻‍♀️🌵🇲🇽

A short summary of our 5 weeks travelling through Mexico which was a beautiful balance between adventures, discoveries & resting.

Encountering magical wild life.
Meeting such warm people.
Reading inspirational books.
Eating looots of tacos.
Discovering the historical culture.
Creating when inspiration came through.
Realising where we are at in life and
what direction feels right to pursue.
Awakening my poquito de Spanish from school.
Deepening everyday our relationship and love to each other.

In French, I like to say : " En prendre plein les yeux & le cœur" which translated means "to take it full in our eyes and heart" ❤️

Mucho gustó Mexico.

Next Step :
- France for a couple of weeks : offering workshops at a wellness week & full on focus to launch new projects (stay tuned magnifique femme 😉)
- April : moving to Köln and settling in a new environment.

When a new published Study confirms what I believe in 🙏🏻

Thank you and your partners for making this happen and published.

A little amount of scientific studies are done about the topic of women's health and how lifestyle impacts its wellbeing / balance.

Reading numbers & percentage reassures the rational mind for the unfamiliar / doubting ones.
And boosts me even more to keep studying and accompanying women in their journey of self help - self care - self love with their cyclical feminine bodies.

🌹 Answers lay in the body's intelligence and natural capacity to rebalance, readjust & recalibrate. When the environment that is given to it respects its cyclical rhythm and physiological needs.

🌞 Dopamin • during the premenstrual phase, the drop in estrogen can reduce dopamine sensitivity → less drive, more procrastination, more desire for “quick rewards.”

3 concrete actions:

1️⃣ Break down your tasks

→ Replace one big task with 3 micro-actions (e.g., “open the document,” “write for 10 minutes,” “proofread”).

2️⃣ Reduce artificial spikes

→ Limit refined sugar, excessive scrolling, multitasking.

3️⃣ Move for 10–15 minutes at a gentle but dynamic pace

→ Brisk walking, fluid movement, short free dance.

Movement naturally stimulates dopamine without overloading the system.

🌿 Serotonin • The drop in estrogen can influence the availability of serotonin → irritability, melancholy, cravings.

3 concrete actions:

1️⃣ Natural light within 30 minutes of waking up

→ 5–15 minutes outside, even if the sky is gray.

Light supports serotonin synthesis.

2️⃣ Stabilize blood sugar

→ Add protein + fiber to every meal (e.g., eggs + vegetables / quinoa + legumes).

Fluctuations in blood sugar levels increase emotional instability.

3️⃣ Prioritize extra sleep

→ Go to bed earlier in your pre-menstrual & menstrual phase and priorities naps / restaurative practices at least 20 minutes in your day.

🪻Endorphins • during the premenstrual phase, you might experience increased tension and sensitivity.

3 concrete actions:

1️⃣ Slow, compressive movement
→ Yin yoga, long stretches, legs-up-the-wall pose.

2️⃣ Local heat
→ Hot water bottle on the lower abdomen or lower back for 15–20 minutes.
Heat increases circulation and promotes relaxation.

3️⃣ Laughter/deep breathing
→ 5 minutes of slow breathing or deliberately exposing yourself to something that makes you laugh.

🤍 Oxytocin • during the premenstrual phase, emotional sensitivity increas

3 concrete actions:

1️⃣ Conscious physical contact
→ Hug for at least 20 seconds or self-massage of your belly / womb / breasts.

2️⃣ Reassuring conversation
→ Choose gentle interaction rather than stimulating debate. Oxytocin increases in a context of security.

3️⃣ Slow somatic practice
The body must feel secure in order to release oxytocin.

Which one can you intuitively chose to start with today ?

There are times of the month when your body seems more vulnerable.

Less stable.
Less radiant.
More sensitive.

Like during the premenstrual phase.
Your hormonal system is highly sensitive to your environment.

It reacts to security.
To rhythm.
To gentle movement.
To your presence.

Serotonin stabilises when your body gets enough sleep.
When the morning light touches your eyes.
When your diet supports your blood sugar levels.

Oxytocin increases when you feel connected.
When your belly is relaxed.
When your nervous system feels confident.

Sometimes, what your body needs most
is not more discipline.

It's space.

To return to the body, again and again, month after month.

To honour and understand the intelligence that harmonises it.

27/02/2026

When I travel, I always find it easier to allow myself time and activities that truly nourish my pleasure and well-being, intrinsically my hormones.

| Dopamine | Ocytocin | Serotonin | Endorphin|

A massage
A sunset
Daily practice time
Enjoying a good coffee
Walking in nature
Reading
Laughing
Hanging out ...

Taking time to nourish my body. Really.

It constantly reminds me how much everything is a matter of perception. The perception of time that we think we don't have in our daily lives. Or rather, the way we prioritise our time and what fills it.

What happens when we feel tired or overstimulated, if instead of giving ourselves a shot of dopamine by scrolling through social media, we give ourselves two minutes with our eyes closed, breathing deeply, or even a two-minute self-massage?

On the surface, maybe not much.

But inside you, it provides real support for your hormonal/nervous/digestive ecosystem and its regulatory needs.

It's not about revolutionising your habits, but gradually becoming more aware of your automatic choices and questioning them.

Is what I'm about to do helping or hindering me?

In the next posts, I feel like sharing a bit more about those "pleasure" hormones and how they are influenced by your menstrual cycle.

Especially during our premenstrual phase when oestrogens drop.

Yesterday as I was reading these lines in the Power of Now book, I unexpectidly read those lines about women cyclicity and found deep resonance with Eckhart's vision.

Sharing lines of what sticked with me :

(...) When the first sign appears, you need to be alert enough to "catch" it before it takes you over. For example, the first sign may be a sudden strong irritation or a flash of anger, or it may be a purely physical symptom.

Whatever it is, catch it before it can take over your thinking or behavior. This simply means putting the spotlight of your attention on it. If it is an emotion, feel the strong energy charge behind it. Know that it is the pain-body. At the same time, be aware of your conscious presence and feel its power. Any emotion that you take your presence into will quickly subside and become transmuted.

If it is a purely physical symptom, the attention that you give it will prevent it from turning into an emotion or a thought. Then continue to be alert and wait for the next sign of the pain-body. When it appears, catch it again in the same way as before.

Later, when the pain-body has fully awakened from its dormant state, you may experience considerable turbulence in your inner space for a while, perhaps for several days. Whatever form this takes, stay present. Give it your complete attention. Watch the turbulence inside you. Know it is there. Hold the knowing, and be the knowing. Remember: do not let the pain body use your mind and take over your thinking. Watch it. Feel its energy directly, inside your body. As you know, full attention means full acceptance.

Through sustained attention and thus acceptance, there comes transmutation. The pain-body becomes transformed into radiant consciousness, just as a piece of wood, when placed in or near a fire, itself is transformed into fire.

Menstruation will then become not only a joyful and fulfilling expression of your womanhood but also a sacred time of transmutation, when you give birth to a new consciousness. Your true nature then shines forth, both in its female aspect as the Goddess and in its transcendental aspect as the divine Being that you are beyond male and female duality.
