Health care suggestions to bring into your daily life….
1. Eat to your blood group type.
2.Morning, Warm lemon water with ¼ teaspoon bicarbonate soda.
3. Good pinch of sea salt into water, twice a day.
4. Keep your body in an Alkaline state
5. 20ml olive oil, 5ml apple cider vinegar, pinch of pink Himalayan salt/Celtic salt. X2 a day.
6. Good fats, Include good fats, nut butters, avocados seeds nuts.

8. Eliminate fried foods, processed foods, sugar, wheat and grains.
