Sou uma professora de pilates desde 2006, e tinha o meu estúdio em Singapura. Em 2015, mudei-me para o Algarve, em Portugal. Agora, vivo no Algarve, Portugal e este é o meu estúdio em Monchique.

Espero estabelecer bons contactos com todos os que possam estar interessados em praticar Pilates e/ou visitar o meu espaço.

Tyson... How many times must I tell you... the Pilates Stance is 'HEELS TOGETHER'!!!!

Note: Basically, Pilates Stance refers to a slightly turned out position of the legs. The legs are rotated outward at the hip, leaving the heels together and the toes apart.
