Shifting into Summer ☀️

This drink works like magic when you’re feeling overheated physically or emotionally!

Cucumber and Coriander 🥒🌱

According to Ayurveda, cucumber and coriander together contain many many benefits, including:
🌿Anti inflammatory effects
🌿Alkaline and Sattvic properties
🌿Soothes the body to help with migraines, as well as skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis
🌿Perfect recipe for allergies and heat exhaustion
🌿Cleans the liver and honestly just tastes really good!

I also add, fresh ginger, a squeeze of lime, Triphala powder and Neem powder.
Please don’t add ice! As tempting as it is in Summer, to keep this recipe true to Ayurveda and easy to digest, just add a splash of room temp water. 💧 Best time to drink it is when the sun is highest in the sky, around noon! 🙏🏼
