The Bo-tanics Biodynamic Moon Planting Calendar covers every day of 2026 and 2027, showing you the optimal time to sow, harvest and prepare your medicinal herbs, all based on the moon's phase and zodiac position.

Each day is colour-coded by its biodynamic type: root days, flower days, leaf days and fruit and seed days. There's a Today's Tasks panel, a full herb guide covering 25 plants, a seasonal growing timeline, and a printable PDF for the garden.

It installs to your phone like an app and works fully offline. And you don't need any knowledge of astrology or biodynamics to use it. If you can read a date, you're already there.

Dandelion has been in my apothecary long before scientists started paying attention. Now they are.

Researchers at the University of Windsor have found that aqueous dandelion root extract triggers apoptosis in over 95% of colon cancer cells in lab settings, while leaving healthy cells unharmed. That selectivity is what makes it worth watching.
This is early-stage research. Lab findings don’t automatically translate to human treatment, and dandelion root is not a cancer cure. But it’s a reminder of something herbalists have always known: plants carry intelligence worth studying.

The humble dandelion is king💛

A recent lab study has revealed that dandelion root, a common plant long used in traditional medicine, can kill up to 95% of cancer cells in just two days. This discovery highlights the potential of natural compounds as powerful allies in the fight against cancer.

Researchers tested dandelion root extract on aggressive cancer cell lines, including those resistant to conventional therapies.
