My work is not linear or teachable.

I cannot be rigid,repetitive or read from a script.

I am free flowing.
I am sovereign.
I am radiant.
I am fire and earth embodied.
I dance and sing to the rhythm of my own heart and soul.
I am my own medicine in the most powerful and purest form.

Yet some days especially recently,I am an overwhelmed,overstimulated and introverted mess.
Some days I am in pain and I can’t fully function at all.
Some days I just want solitude,peace and to stay indoors.
Unmasking isn’t meant to be easy but it’s liberating 🦅

I honour my need to rest,recharge & recuperate where as before,I’d push myself into burnout ❤️‍🩹

I don’t make claims to be anything other than me.
Energy and presence never lie 💫

My mission here on Earth is clear.

I am a Messenger.

I am an Intuitive Massage Therapist as well as a Reiki Level 2 practitioner. I am very much an intuitive being so I can easily tune in and work with a clients energy field. Good evening wonderful souls 💫

After a turbulent 11 months of moving countries and trying to navigate my way through this very challenging year,I realised that it’s been nearly 18 months since I created this page!

Now I’m happy to say that life is very beautiful and a lot more balanced. So now would be the perfect time to reintroduce myself ❤️

I’m Natalie at Fire Flow Therapies and I’m a qualified Swedish massage therapist as well as a Reiki level 2 practitioner. I also work with the traditional Chinese medicine and deliver cupping therapy. I have been practising these methods for over 2 years mostly with family and friends but more recently in a salon environment here in the beautiful Algarve.

4 years ago after many different traumatic life experiences from childhood right into my 30’s,I had a very profound and intense spiritual awakening and felt called to self healing. The journey has been very tough and challenging at times but I have become increasingly aware that there is no light without the darkness.

At first,I was attuned to Reiki and practised with the intention of using it only for my own self healing journey. But as I became more aware and confident within myself and my healing abilities,I slowly started to realise that I had the power and potential to hold space for others. I knew that I could help them awaken to their own unique energy within themselves to ultimately heal themselves too.

I have also treated many clients with Reiki.
As for massage therapy,my basic method is the Swedish technique but I am very much an intuitive being so I can easily tune in and work with the clients energy field. This means I can energetically feel where a client needs the most support and healing both physically and emotionally.

Outside of the treatment room I’m very drawn to Astrology,Tarot and sound healing. I have a strong connection to the Archangels as well as my guides and regularly receive messages from them. I do my own mini readings on a daily basis with both tarot and oracle cards. I have done quite a few readings spontaneously for friends and family and they have resonated deeply with them all.

I am also very passionate about holistic health and wellbeing. Mother Earth provides everything we need to naturally heal our bodies and these precious gifts can be found all around us! I love to forage and create my own remedies and products using the power of herbs and mushrooms 🌿 🍄

Going forward I will be using this page a lot more. I’ll be sharing my work,my visions and my guidance with you all 🤎🔥
