Your body is vibrating right now. Every cell, every organ, every bone has a frequency.
When that frequency goes out of tune - stress you’ve been carrying, nights you didn’t really sleep, things the body kept without asking - you keep functioning, but you stop feeling at home inside yourself.
Sound doesn’t work through magic. It works through physics. The right frequency meets the body, the nervous system responds before the mind has an opinion, breathing slows, and for a few minutes you remember what it was like to feel whole.

No passado sábado, dia 4 de abril, tivemos a nossa Masterclass de Kundalini Yoga, seguida de um Gong Bath conduzido por ✨

Foi uma tarde muito especial, com uma forte energia de grupo e muitas pessoas novas.

Ao longo das 3 horas, trabalhámos o corpo, a respiração e o sistema nervoso de forma integrada.
O Kundalini Yoga ajudou a ativar a energia, melhorar a clareza mental e trazer mais equilíbrio.
Por fim, o Gong Bath entrou como um convite ao relaxamento profundo, ajudando a libertar tensão, reduzir stress e criar uma viagem interna com soluções de problemas que ao longo dos dias fomos “acumulando” na nossa cabeça.

No final, vou clara a leveza no ar.
Aquela sensação de “soube mesmo bem parar”.

Foi, sem dúvida, uma ótima forma de começar abril.🐦‍🔥
