How much of our lives is truly ours, and how much belongs to stories that began long before we were born?
Family legacies shape the way we love, fear, choose, and struggle. Unseen loyalties and inherited emotional patterns can travel quietly across generations. They may appear as recurring life themes, relationship dynamics, or what is known as the “anniversary syndrome.” These patterns often represent unconscious attempts by later generations to resolve unfinished trauma or restore balance within the family system.
This workshop “Lights and Shadows of Our Ancestors” offers a powerful space for both personal exploration and professional development. Participants will explore the foundations of transgenerational work while engaging in experiential learning that brings theory into lived experience.
Through methods such as the Genosociogram, Transgenerational Psychodrama, and other expressive techniques, we will uncover the hidden threads that connect past and present and explore ways to transform inherited patterns into new possibilities.
The workshop will take place online on 16–17 May 2026, with Leandra Perrotta and Manuela Maciel.

Lights and Shadows of Our Ancestors ❤️ We all carry a story that began long before we were born. Invisible threads connect us to those who came before us, shaping our choices, our relationships, our fears, and our gifts.
In this experiential workshop, we will explore the lights and shadows of our ancestral lineage. What strengths flow through you? What unresolved grief, silence, or trauma might still be seeking integration?
Through guided exercises and transgenerational perspectives, we will gently uncover inherited patterns and transform them into conscious resources. This is a space for depth, safety, and meaningful connection. When we bring light to what was hidden, we do not break loyalty with our ancestors. We honor them by evolving.

✨ Lights and Shadows of Our Ancestors ✨
We do not walk alone. Behind us stand generations of stories, silences, strengths, wounds, talents and unfinished dreams.
Some of what we carry feels like light. Resilience, creativity, courage.
Some feels like shadow. Fears we cannot explain, patterns we repeat, emotions that seem older than us.
In this workshop, we will gently explore the invisible threads that connect us to our family lineage. Through experiential exercises and guided reflection, we will uncover inherited resources, bring awareness to transgenerational patterns and create space for transformation.
When we dare to look at both the light and the shadow, something shifts. What was unconscious becomes choice and meaning.
Join us for a deep journey into your roots, to reclaim what empowers you and release what no longer belongs to you.
