Long Weekend Sup-Surfing Retreat Recap 🌊✌️

From Thursday to Sunday we shared an incredible few days full of ocean time, good energy and great people guided

We kicked things off on Friday 5th March in the afternoon right after check-in with our first surf session and the group’s first contact with the ocean and the boards the perfect start to the Sup-surf experience. As everyone got familiar with the spot and the equipment, confidence quickly grew and the waves lined up perfectly for the level of the group.

On the second day, a strong storm and heavy winds forced us to adapt our plans, but the crew stayed motivated. Instead of surfing, we held a functional training session with , who guided everyone through a great workout designed to improve strength and balance for Sup-Surfing.

Every morning started with a sunrise surf session, followed by a delicious homemade breakfast waiting for us at the house including our favorite avocado smoothie to refuel after the ocean.

The rest of the weekend delivered beautiful conditions, allowing us to enjoy two surf sessions per day with waves perfect for both intermediate and advanced riders.

Amazing crew, great energy, good food, and unforgettable sessions in and out of the water.

First SUP Surfing Retreat of the Year ⚡️

From the 2nd to the 9th of January, we kicked off 2026 in the best possible way surrounded by the ocean, waves, and an incredible group of people ready to challenge themselves 🌊

We shared unforgettable days mixing surfing & stand-up paddling, catching waves, learning, laughing, and truly starting the year with salt in our hair and smiles on our faces. The first days greeted us with perfect conditions, and even when the storms rolled in with cold winds, nothing could stop this crew. We adapted, pushed through, and made the most of every session…proof that the ocean always gives back when you show up 💙

Between sessions, we refueled with amazing food, enjoyed the best breakfasts at home to start our days right, and wound down with yoga after our surf sessions the perfect balance for body and mind. Movement and recovery, all in one beautiful rhythm.

So grateful for this motivated group and the energy they brought to our very first retreat of the year. This is what it’s all about: connection, growth, good food, and waves!

Our Sup-surfing trip in El Salvador was pure magic 🌅 from start to finish. We kicked things off in El Sunzal, catching long, perfect waves under warm sunrise skies, then refueling with amazing local food and nonstop good vibes 😎

From there we headed to Punta 🥭 , where the coast turned wild and the waves got even better. Big sets, small playful ones we rode them all, stoked and smiling the whole way.

Every session felt like a gift, every meal a celebration, and every moment with the crew was something we’ll remember forever!

El Salvador gave us adventure and waves we’ll never forget. 🌊✨🏄‍♂️

Our October Sup-Surfing Retreat kicked off perfectly🌊

We were greeted with sunshine, great waves, and an amazing international crew stoked to catch waves and make new friends.

Each day started with energizing morning SUP sessions, followed by delicious breakfasts and some well-deserved rest before yoga. In the afternoons, we mixed in functional training and more Sup-surf sessions — the perfect balance of action and relax!

It was such a fun week full of good vibes, laughter, and shared waves.

So great meeting everyone and spending this unforgettable time together! 💙🌊

August SUP-SURFING RETREAT was pure magic ✨🌊

A perfect blend of SURF and SUP-SURFING, bringing both disciplines together for one goal: riding waves, learning maneuvers, and building real confidence in the ocean. From sunrise to sunset, we embraced the sea, respected safety, and enjoyed every single moment in the water. 🏄‍♂️💙

But it wasn’t just about the waves we also recharged body and mind with yoga and functional training guided by and 🧘‍♀️💪 The balance between ocean sessions and mindful movement made the experience even more special.

Evenings were just as unforgettable sharing dinners at the house, laughter and incredible memories with an amazing crew. 🌅🍽️

Peniche was the perfect place for it all: waves, connection, and a summer to remember forever. 🌊
