Join our first Beach Yoga Picnic of the year…

Expect a gentle, grounding yoga practice on the sand, then settle into a relaxed breakfast picnic by the sea. With the waves around you and the sun expected to be shining, there’s time to simply sit back, breathe, and enjoy the morning without rush.

Just bring a beach blanket or towel. Spaces are limited for this event, so feel free to DM or email if you’d like to join or have any questions.
