Welcome to our cozy Qigong, Yin yoga & singing bowls meditation class!
In this class, we will be focusing on slow and mindful stretches to help release tension in the body and mind. The soothing sounds of the singing bowls will create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for you to unwind and let go.
You will be guided through a series of poses that are held for longer periods of time to target the connective tissues and improve flexibility. Props such as blankets and will be provided to help you find comfort and support in each pose.
Qigong exercises will help to awaken the body and cultivate energy flow. Throughout the class, you will be encouraged to tune into your breath, cultivate mindfulness, and connect with your inner self. This practice can help to improve physical and emotional well-being, increase flexibility, and cultivate a sense of calm and balance.
This class is suitable for all levels, and modifications and adjustments will be offered to suit your individual needs and abilities. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during class.
