📿 Yoga Is Not Performance — It’s Presence.

As a yoga teacher, I like to remind all of my students to leave outside distractions or ‘to do’ lists outside the shala and honour their mind and the practice as their sacred time to de compress. If you are just starting out, or want to inspire your practice I warmly invite you to join me for Vinyasa Yoga this Wednesday August 6th at 10am and

If you’re a yoga teacher going through something painful — a breakup, a loss, a trauma — this is your permission slip to pause.

Have you noticed something off!? I believe, it's the nurturing of the SHIVA/SHAKTI union starting from within, is what's most needed
on the planet.🌓⚡️

Over the past two millennia, patriarchal religions and social systems have elevated masculine (Shiva‑like) structures—favouring dominance, rationality, and ego—while suppressing the life‑giving, creative, and compassionate feminine (Shakti), leading to ecological harm, emotional suppression, and collective imbalance.
