Partilho convosco um vídeo já com alguns aninhos, onde tive o prazer e a honra de fazer juntamente com a maravilhosa Naturopata Vera Belchior 🌱
Como aliviar o desconforto não só das episiotomias, que embora sejam já desaconselhadas pela OMS, corroborado por vários estudos e evidências científicas, mas que infelizmente ainda ocorrem, e também no alívio de lacerações que podem ocorrer no momento do expulsivo mesmo que não haja a intervenção de uma episiotomia, embora esta não seja tão comum, principalmente se houver um bom acompanhamento por parte da equipa que está a acompanhar a mulher no trabalho de parto, nomeadamente no período expulsivo.
