✨ Over the past five weeks, I had the pleasure of welcoming an orthopedic resident from Valladolid, Spain, for a shoulder surgery fellowship.

👨‍⚕️ A sharp clinical mind, an excellent observer, and remarkably well-prepared — his presence brought valuable insight and energy to our daily work.

🔍 It was a privilege to share knowledge and experience with someone so committed and inquisitive. I’m certain he has a brilliant career ahead, and I’ll proudly follow his journey.
