✨ We are very excited to announce the adding of a new class to our curriculum ✨
Starting from this month of March, Klara will hold a Yoga for Pelvic floor class every Wednesday, from 12:00 - 13:00, at our studio.
"The class is designed as a Hatha/Vinyasa practice, integrating both activation and relaxation of the pelvic floor. Through gentle movements that support nervous system regulation, breathing exercises, and yoga asanas, we create a space to explore and build a deeper connection to body and mind. It’s a practice that invites you to move freely and without pressure. 🧘🏻♀️🪷
I’m passionate about bringing more awareness to the pelvic floor and its interaction with the rest of the body—because in yoga, we don’t only work with the physical body. We train the mind, connect with the breath, and set an intention behind every movement. 😊✨🧘🏻♀️
