Apresentamos um caso reabilitado em apenas 1 ano e com um follow-up clínico de 12 anos, demonstrando a estabilidade e durabilidade dos resultados obtidos.
O paciente procurou-nos aos 28 anos para fazer a reabilitação oral da sua boca, na sequência de um atropelamento que sofreu aos 12 anos.
🦷 Foi realizado o nivelamento do plano oclusal com intrusão ortodôntica no 3.º quadrante, conduzida pela Prof. Teresa Pinho, especialista em ortodontia.
🦷 No 2.º quadrante, foram colocados implantes dentários que permitiram substituir a prótese removível por dentes fixos em cerâmica, proporcionando ao paciente maior conforto, estética e função mastigatória.
🦷 Foi ainda colocado um implante no 4.º quadrante, a suportar os dentes 43 e 44, completando a reabilitação.

We present a rehabilitated case in just 1 year and with a clinical follow-up of 12 years, demonstrating the stability and durability of the results obtained.
The patient came to us at the age of 28 to do the oral rehabilitation of his mouth, following a run over he suffered at the age of 12.
🦷 The leveling of the occlusal plane with orthodontic intrusion in the 3rd quadrant was performed, conducted by Prof. Teresa Pinho, specialist in orthodontics.
🦷 In the 2nd quadrant, dental implants were placed that allowed to replace the removable prosthesis with fixed ceramic teeth, providing the patient with greater comfort, aesthetics and masticatory function.
🦷 An implant was also placed in the 4th quadrant, supporting teeth 43 and 44, completing the rehabilitation.
