🧠 Did you know your brain produces electrical signals every second of the day?

Just like we can measure:
❤️ Heart rate
🌬️ Respiration rate
💪 Muscle tension

…we can also measure the brain’s electrical activity using a safe, non-invasive tool called EEG.

These signals are known as brainwaves, and they reflect how your brain is functioning in real time.

Different brainwave frequencies are linked to things like:

🚨 Stress response

When certain brainwave patterns become dysregulated, it can contribute to symptoms such as anxiety, ADHD, poor sleep, mental fatigue, and difficulty concentrating.

During a session, small sensors are placed on the scalp to read brain activity. Nothing is sent into the brain — there is no electrical stimulation, medication, or discomfort involved.

Neurofeedback works by providing real-time feedback so the brain can learn to regulate itself more effectively. It’s a gradual training process, personalised to the individual.
