In hindsight, I got my work/life balance wrong by focussing on work and I just didn't have the motivation (or time) to exercise. “No time”...an ‘excuse’ that I can empathise with and understand from my own life experience! Inspired by a local Personal Trainer (PT), I was motivated towards a new way of life and re-discovered my love for fitness and wellbeing. With PT guidance and motivation I became much happier and over-achieved my weight loss target by losing over 4 stone! Needless to say my confidence, general wellbeing, health and fitness improved dramatically!
