I write and conduct guided meditations for healing and relaxation, give individual and family consultations, and facilitate lunar (along the phases of the Moon) and solar (in changing seasons) meetings and retreats for all those who seek me out. Above all, I respect the Times of Nature and I strongly believe that Nature always knows what it does and that everything we need already exists within us.
