I took a while to post about this retreat, this one was really special for me.. and it’s one of those that makes me miss the days spent with this amazing lady’s!
I work cooking for retreats since 2019, I started in where my friend and mentor trusted me her knowledge and venue/kitchen, that she builds every day with so much care and attention.
Every retreat is different, every facilitator too. This retreat was special because to be in my care means letting go the control to know what is going to be the next meal, and nowadays this is a big adventure for some people. For some it’s really, really hard! It’s very unusual to find a group where I see such trust in life, but… this group really surprised me. They delivered me the opportunity and gift of trusting me and my work fully. So the result was amazing, my creativity and intuition were flowing like never and every day there was an excitement and enthusiasm for those who dared to climb the stairs of the unknown and set at the table to discover a new and different flavor! Thank you .cammarota for being the first in the game of trust and choosing my work for your retreat, we spent an amazing week together with the kombucha and knowledge of my ! 🥰♥️ here is some of the creations! Of course a big applause to all of the ladies that participated and embraced this experience!
