New Moon Connection & refleection 🌑

Grounding
Listening
Letting the waters hold me, cleanse me
And the fire ignite my dreams

I’m often asked if I hold New Moon ceremonies.
And my answer is usually this…
A New Moon is my time to go into the darkness.
To be with myself.
To feel what is stirring beneath the surface.
To connect deeply with the energies, quietly, gently,
so that as she waxes toward her fullness
I am ready to hold space for others
I've have held New Moon Ceremonies, but I feel so clearly it's a time for silence, to be with myself, with nature.

This is what a New Moon looks like for me.
Nature.
Water.
Stillness.
Going in.
Collecting water, wood..being by the fire, Drumming, listening, dreaming..
Honouring the pause before the becoming 🌑✨

Womens Ceremony 🌹

There is something ancient that happens when women sit in circle — when we slow down enough to be seen, to speak truth, to rest inside shared presence. No masks. No roles. Just remembering ourselves together.
So grateful for each woman who showed up exactly as she was.
So grateful for the medicine of circle.
So grateful for this path of returning 🕯️

Full Wolf Moon 🌕

Today the Full Moon rose in Cancer, the Moon in her home sign.

Tender. Introspective. Sensitive.

There's no moon ceremony today.
This moon is one for being, not doing.
For staying close to the fire, to home.
For listening inward.
For letting what is… simply be.
We are still wintering.
Still in the quieter time of the year.
Still in the pause.

And yet… something is gently stirring.
On Monday, the studio doors open again — slowly, quietly.
A women’s circle.
A few classes.

Nothing rushed..
Just a soft re-entry as we step toward 2026.

This is the sacred in-between time.
The pause before the Spring Equinox.
When the seeds we planted — and the dreams we imagined are still underground, gathering strength.

No pushing.
No forcing.
Just trust.

If you’re feeling called to rest more, to reflect, to simplify, this Moon is whispering that it’s enough.
You’re not late.
You’re right on time.
