Opening the package and holding it in my hands…tears stream down my cheeks. This is real.

I had hoped to have this done for my dad’s 80th birthday (August 3rd) but, instead, it’s the week after both his and my son’s death anniversaries. The Universe is wise. So grateful.

First draft finished…such a mixed bag of emotions. This is the story of my fathers death and his home funeral. Printing it out this morning made it suddenly feel so “real”. Now the process of finding an editor and putting it out in the world…😬
