From January 2026, I’ll be collaborating with Quinta dos Sarilhos to offer deeply restorative Sauna & Massage Rituals in a peaceful countryside setting.

Begin your experience in the sauna, where warmth helps your body soften, tension releases, and the nervous system begins to unwind. This is followed by a bespoke holistic massage, allowing for deeper relaxation and longer-lasting benefits.
