Why has it taken us this long as a family to come ro terms with the fact we don't need to get each other gifts every year and spend all our money and I stead get a few and eatsushi instead of chocolate and cheese ???? Is there anyone else or just me

As one chapter closes,

Another opens.

A way for you to welcome in the new year while thanking yourself and reminding yourself of accepting all that went well and all that didn't. Releasing the need to fix or change anything and be grateful for getting yourself to where you are and surviving another year at the best of your capability.

Thanks to Chris for encouraging me to post it online after his session he told me that people could really do with this for an end of year meditation! ✨️

Listening to the 1975 feeds something in my soul that nobody else can quite grasp. I call it pleasant euphoria. And I'm so grateful for the nostalgia it brings as I used to listen to it all the time as a teenager. Ugh, the mems are sweet. The vibes are spot on. We lov it.
