Quick safety check before you start today 👇

If you’ve got workers on site this week, ask yourself:

✅ Do we actually have a SWMS for the job we are doing?
✅ Has everyone read it (or are we just ticking the box)?
✅ Are the controls realistic for THIS site?

Most incidents don’t happen because there’s no system, they happen because the system doesn’t match the job.

If your paperwork doesn’t reflect what’s actually happening on site… it’s not protecting you.

Big weekend for the R&L Safety crew 👏
Our Director pulled on the boots for his first trial game of the season on the weekend – Wheatman vs Condamine Cods.
Wheatman came out on top, but at the end of the day it was all about getting back on the field, blowing out the cobwebs and enjoying a solid hitout before the season starts.
We’re big believers in backing local sport and being part of the community. 💪🏉
