This program is for busy, overwhelmed people who need a cozy space to slow down, reset, and let go of everything.
It will be a small, supportive group where we can gently keep each other accountable to show up on the mat - even if it’s just 30 minutes.
This isn’t about being perfect or super disciplined. It’s about creating time in your week to move and breathe.
We’ll have 2 short, beginner-friendly sessions each week (slow vinyasa + restorative), plus breathwork/meditation… and I’ll always share recordings in case you can’t make it live.
