Join us on a retreat and experience how yoga is a way of life that guides you to peace and teaches you how to connect with the most happy and healthy version of yourself.

Since the day we were born, our lives have been getting more and more busy every year. And now most of us have reached the point where we realize that we are living our lives in such a way that it takes too much energy and there is not enough energy left to really ‘live’. Can you still remember the last moment that you were completely relaxed and happy? You probably wish that that moment was a bit more recent... We all seem to get stuck and feel it is time to change something.

Here at MEKAYOGA we help you with this change. We want you to learn to be happy and live a healthy and more balanced life. During the yoga sessions we use different techniques to help you to strengthen and relax both your body and your mind, and to reconnect with your true self. The deepest self, full of life energy, happiness, the self with that sparkle in your eyes! We guide you through every class with personal attention where needed and you will have a solid foundation to continue your yoga practice at home.

Of course the yoga sessions are not all that matters. This is your time off, your time to enjoy. We are located right in the National Parc Costa Vicentina where you can go for wonderful hikes along the coast, enjoy the crystal clear ocean water, go for a surf lesson, book a massage and most of all: enjoy our delicious meals!
